Friday, 20/1/06... Another exhaustingly FUN (with capital letters) Body Conditioning class at EKI Dance Company...
Earlier in the day, I had gone to Celebrity Fitness at PIM 2 for some cardio workout... This Body Conditioning class, is all about combining physical endurance with my senses and feelings... That harmony is very difficult to achieve, yet is just another challenging task that I must learn to excell in this industry.

konsen doooong.... photo collection yg ini is a LOT better than the previous ones, karena gue udah "agak" hafal gerakannya, jadi bisa njepret pas lagi berhenti...
