This is a glimpse of what my day is like on a performance day. Last Sunday, it was the Grand Launch of Podomoro Group's "Permata Hijau Residence", with the theme Art & Home. Yes, the organizer also displayed hundreds of paintings to be sold, with prices that go up to Rp. 450.000.000,- The place was the Ballroom of Hotel Mulia in Senayan.
I usually ask the organizer to prepare the venue for an early morning sound check session to make room for everything else before the show. So the sooner the sound check the better.
I'd wake up before 4.30 am to do all the preparations before we go. My field coordinator would come to pick up my sound system by 5.30am and go as an advance team to set up my equipment (also to ensure that we start everything on time according to the previously agreed schedule)
So... here's a typical show day... Enjoy..
