Philo Art Space backyard. 5 painters. 1 violinist. 6 paintings. 4 sketches. 1 puppy. 15+ songs performed. 32 degrees Celcius.
It was a muggy afternoon. The sun was still too hot to perform outdoors. Grass in the backyard was still wet from earlier rain, mud was sticking to my heels. I had a fever, I felt like I was about to faint.
Yet these painters seem exhilarated by my presence. The fever was no more.
This was indeed a new experience for me. Painting is an amazing process to watch. Yet even more amazing when you see that your energy and passion are transformed into masterpieces right before your eyes...

I was not just standing like a statue, i was performing,playing my violin with a playback music background. I was exhausted, and that day actually i was not feeling well, i got fever and headache, plus it was a hot weather, and the sun shined directly to where i was standing...but kinda forgot those things, as i played the violin and becoming the muse for the painters, it felt like i am their energy, and there was a certain fib ration in all of us during the performance and the painting. I played like 2 hours, of a full performance, and everyone was happy..including me:) |
