Yup, film ini emang brilliant banget, cerita, grafis, juga musiknya. Dan aku percaya deh "Anyone can cook!" dulu di Jakarta aku mana pernah masuk2 dapur, begitu married dan tinggal di US, mau gak mau harus bisa, dan ternyata masak itu menyenangkan *a sentence I never even know I would say one day hihihihi*
Resepnya udah ketemu! Mau resepnya? ;) tau gak sih ternyata ingredients nya cuma ini
The basic components that define the ratatouille are:
1 medium sized onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium or large eggplant, diced
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 medium zucchini diced into large chunks
add herbs as desired (try basil)
olive oil (enough to sauté onion/garlic)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Sauté the onion and garlic until tender
Add eggplant and tomatoes, bring to simmer
Simmer, covered for 15 minutes
Add zucchini
Simmer for 10-15 more minutes until vegetables are suitably soft
Remove from heat
Stir in the herbs, season to taste
yep, itu aja! hehehehe.. dimakan sama baguette or a glass of wine if you like :) nanti bisa mellow2 mukanya kaya si food critic. Hehehehhee *maap jadi numpang nulis resep, who knows you wanna try* :) |

Coba deh nonton...yach walaupun intinya sebetulnya drama kehidupan, tapi gimana di film itu digambarkan mengenai pembuatan makanan dan profesi sebagai chef juga menarik untuk di tonton.. |
